Materials and care

Before First Use:

Wash thoroughly with mild soap (only once) Rinse, dry completely, and apply a thin layer of cooking oil

After Each Use:

Hand wash only (no dishwasher)

Use mild soap or just warm water (avoid harsh detergents) Dry immediately to prevent rust Apply a thin coat of oil before storing

Tips:

Avoid cooking acidic foods initially (like tomatoes, tamarind)

If rust appears, scrub off with steel wool, rinse, dry, and re-season

The more you use it, the better it gets (builds natural non-stick layer)
